Job Description

Arqon kök qaynağı (TIG) ilə dupleks (duplex) poladların qaynağı yüksək peşəkarlıq və texniki bilik tələb edən prosesdir. Dupleks poladlar (ferrit və austenit fazalarının qarışığı) korroziyaya çox davamlı olduğu üçün neft-qaz və kimya sənayesində geniş istifadə olunur.

Responsibilities

• Bevel preparation: Cutting and preparing the edges of the metal parts to be welded at the correct angle.
• Root pass welding: Laying the first, most critical weld layer at the joint of pipes or plates under Argon shielding.
• Back purging: Replacing the air inside the pipe with Argon gas during welding, thereby preventing internal oxidation (discoloration) of the metal.
• Heat input control: Precisely regulating current strength and welding speed to avoid disrupting the metal's structure.
• Filler metal selection: Selecting and using the correct electrode or wire matching the base metal.
• Ensuring leak-tightness: Performing quality welds that guarantee 100% leak-tightness for high-pressure pipelines and vessels.
• Safety: Using a welding mask, gloves, and other personal protective equipment during work, and complying with fire safety rules.
