Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All sales of FSC Engineering services are final. Once a service has been initiated or completed, no refunds or cancellations will be provided.

2. Service Initiation

A service is considered "initiated" when:

• Payment has been processed and confirmed
• Work on the requested service has begun
• Resources have been allocated for your project

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error
• Services not delivered due to technical failure on our part
• Mutual agreement between FSC Engineering and the client

Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of FSC Engineering management.

4. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Garanti BBVA Virtual POS. Transactions are encrypted and secured in compliance with international PCI-DSS standards.
