Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Skills Training Specialist (Safety Trainer) to deliver professional training programs within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must possess strong industry experience, safety certifications, and the ability to train and assess technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety and industrial skills training programs
• Assess trainees' competency and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Prepare and maintain training documentation and reports

Requirements

• Local candidate (Male)
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science (e.g. Physics), or Vocational Education
• OR
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate (for non-degree holders)
• Experience:
• Degree holders: Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience in relevant Oil & Gas field
• Non-degree holders: Minimum eleven (11) years of hands-on experience in relevant Oil & Gas field
• Language Competence (Preferred for non-native speakers):
• IELTS: 6.0

• TOEFL Paper-Based: 498
• TOEFL Computer-Based: 171
• Professional Certifications:
• OSHA
• NEBOSH
