Safety Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Industrial Skills Training Specialist (Safety Trainer) to deliver professional training programs within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must possess strong industry experience, safety certifications, and the ability to train and assess technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety and industrial skills training programs
• Assess trainees' competency and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Prepare and maintain training documentation and reports

Requirements

• Local candidate (Male)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science (e.g. Physics), or Vocational Education, OR high school diploma or equivalent certificate (for non-degree holders)
• Experience: Degree holders — minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience in relevant Oil & Gas field; non-degree holders — minimum eleven (11) years of hands-on experience
• Language competence (preferred for non-native speakers): IELTS 6.0 OR TOEFL IBT 60 / Paper-Based 498 / Computer-Based 171
• Professional certifications: OSHA, NEBOSH, NSC
