Area Security Manager

Job Description

Monitor and coordinate the activities of the security team during shift hours. Monitor access control systems and ensure full compliance with established procedures. Conduct regular inspections and patrols across the premises and surrounding areas. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergency situations, and safety hazards. Investigate occurrences/incidents and prepare comprehensive reports. Enforce strict compliance with the company's security policies and procedures. Liaise with internal management and relevant government authorities as necessary. Maintain records and reporting related to security operations, incidents, and staff attendance. Provide briefings, instructions, and guidance to security personnel. Participate in emergency response protocols and evacuation procedures.
