Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, coordinating, and overseeing electrical work within the project. The person in this role ensures that electrical work is carried out in accordance with project requirements, technical standards, safety rules, and quality norms. The Electrical Supervisor acts as a liaison between site electricians and support staff, overseeing the timely and correct completion of the work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical work is carried out in accordance with project plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare daily work plans and organize the activities of electrical crews.
• Oversee electrical installation, cable pulling, distribution panel installation, testing, and commissioning work.
• Check the quality of electrical work performed on site and resolve non-conformances in a timely manner.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and fire safety rules.
• Monitor the proper and safe use of electrical equipment, tools, and materials.
• Quickly identify technical problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Work in coordination with other site supervisors.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on completed work and submit them to management.
• Provide technical and safety instructions to new employees.
