Job Description

Start, stop, and regulate the operating modes of stationary or mobile compressor units (air, gas, etc.) in accordance with operational manuals. Continuously monitor equipment operating parameters (pressure, temperature, lubrication, cooling systems, automation, and instrumentation). Inspect the technical condition of compressors, pipelines, and valves, promptly identify malfunctions, and participate in troubleshooting and repairs. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and routine repairs, including the replacement of filters, oils, and consumable parts. Maintain shift logs, recording operational data, resource consumption, and any equipment anomalies. Strictly comply with occupational health, safety, and fire protection regulations.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary specialized or vocational technical education in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in the operation and maintenance of compressor equipment.
• Qualification: Certified Grade 5 Compressor Operator qualification.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the design, operating principles, and control systems of various compressor types (reciprocating, screw, centrifugal, etc.).
• Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
