QA/QC Engineer / Technical Engineer

Job Description

Keep up projects on schedule and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Conduct system audits, identify non-conformities, and develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and actions. Track projects regularly and provide status reports on project progress to management. Prepare official letters, documentation, and operational correspondence for government agencies and external parties. Support field operations, coordinate mechanical teams, and assist with machinery unit data analysis. Handle technical drawings and drafting tasks using AutoCAD. Compile lists of required spare parts, create purchase requests, and communicate with service companies and suppliers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: Proven work experience in QA/QC, technical engineering, or operational support roles within construction/industrial sectors.
• Standards & Certifications: Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and auditing processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting using AutoCAD.
• Strong data analysis skills (ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-making).
• Familiarity with machinery units, technical equipment, and spare parts management.
• Communication & Administrative Skills:
• Excellent official correspondence and documentation writing skills.
• Experience in coordinating teams, translating operation manuals, and managing supplier/vendor relations.
• Languages: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, and professional working proficiency in English (for technical documentation and reporting).
