Automation Supervisor

Job Description

Direct on-site management of the installation, calibration, and commissioning of automation and Instrumentation (I&C) systems. Ensuring full compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinating the work of on-site engineering-technical staff and installers, and distributing daily tasks. Supervising the installation of automation panels, cabling works, sensors, and controllers (PLC/DCS). Participating in the preparation of as-built documentation and the handover of completed works. Monitoring workflow progress in accordance with quality standards (ISO requirements) and preparing status reports.

Requirements

• Education: Higher technical degree (Automation, Process Automation Engineering, Electronics, or related fields).
• Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field (industrial construction, plants, or the energy sector).
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the operating principles of I&C equipment, schematics, various types of sensors, and control systems.
• Software: Ability to read and understand technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, operational decision-making, team management, and a responsible approach.
