Job Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations. Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress to CEO.
Responsibilities
- A recruiter is responsible for managing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Work closely with customers to understand the staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a successful track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software provided by company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and other online recruiting tools.
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
