QC Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description

The QC Supervisor (Civil) is a lead specialist responsible for ensuring that the work performed and materials used on civil construction projects (buildings, roads, bridges, etc.) comply with project drawings, standards, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and Tests: Checking all civil works on the construction site (concreting, rebar fixing, earthworks) based on the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Material Control: Verifying certificates of construction materials arriving on site (concrete, sand, metal, etc.) and organizing laboratory tests.
• Reporting: Preparing daily QC reports, identifying non-conformances (NCR), and overseeing their resolution.
• Audit: Checking the quality of subcontractors' work and conducting internal audits.
• 2. Required Education and Certifications
• Higher Education: Civil Engineering, Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering.
• Work Experience: Usually at least 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer or inspector is required.
